Vibration testing is critical and almost always required on military hardware supplied to defense contractors and government entities. Vibration testing ensures the survivability of components, electronics, systems and assemblies, munitions and airframes. Qualification Tests, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), or specific test specifications such as MIL-STD 810, MIL-STD 167 or similar may all be part of the test regimen.
